8:00 is the start time at the lake with coffee to follow.
Its always hard getting out the door but once you get going you will be glad you did...

Reasons to run (or walk)-
- You don’t run to add days to my life I run to life to my days.
- When you stop Running to Lose Weight and keep going because you haven’t learned all the lessons running will teach you.
- At first you feel like you are dying and then you feel reborn.
- If you wait for the perfect condition you will never get out the door- or anything done.
- Sometime you have to stay moving to calm your mind.
- Respect the training, honor the commitment and cherish the results.
- 12 minute mile is just as far as a 6 minute Mile.
- It never gets easier you just get better.
- When you past you house 3 time because you GPS only has 4.85 miles vs 5 miles.
- Because running faster is fun.
- The outside becomes your gym.
- While you aim for improvement you see it’s a moving target.
- Because it make you a better person, friend, parent, worker, neighbor, sibling and lover.
- Life to short to stay clean or not Sweat.
- You don’t stop trying because you hit a wall, Progress is progress- no matter how small.
- A couch no longer is you idea of a Saturday well spent.
- At a running event your completion will pick up if you trip, stay with you if you need medical attention, help you get up a hill, carry you across the finish line if you collapse at a few feet from the finish line.
